User Registration Page
Whether you are an admin/Exco member of our organising team, a reviewer evaluating the abstracts, a presenter or valued attendee of our next conference, this is where your journey will start.
Depending on your role, you may have a twofold process to follow when registering.
You will be able to reset your password should you forget your initial one. For this reason we recommend that you use a personal email account e.g. Gmail to register.
Should you ever change employment you will still be able to reset your account. If you do not have a personal email account, we will still be able to reset your account. Should you not have access to the registration email anymore you will have to contact the webmaster to reset your email account.
Please register here first. You will be rerouted to the conference registration form where you can then register for the conference and make immediate online payments. This registration form will comprehensively gather all required information and generate an invoice.
Please register a user account here before trying to submit an abstract. You will next be rerouted to the Submit an Abstract page where you can finalise the submission and upload your abstract for approval. You will be advised, once it has been approved.
As a specialist user, you will need to register as well as complete your user profile. This will permit you to login and access the abstracts that have been allocated to you for evaluation. The profile page will automatically redirect after you have completed your user registration.
Please complete the registration form to gain access to the platform for management purposes. You will not gain automatic access as your registration will be subject to approval by the designated person. Admin/Exco users will not be required to complete profiles.
